Postdoctoral positions with Dr. Klaunig at Indiana University

Dr. James Klaunig is looking for two laboratory based postdoctoral scientists to work on projects related to chemically induced liver toxicity and carcinogenesis.  Additional description of the position is pasted below. 


"The candidate is expected to have a Ph.D. degree in toxicology, environmental health/toxicology, cancer biology, biochemistry or a related field. Ability to design and analyze experiments and to prepare manuscripts for publication is required. It is preferred that the candidate had previous experience in rodent handling and toxicity studies; demonstrated experience in immunohistochemistry, molecular biology, and biochemistry techniques. A background in instrumental analysis such as HPLC, LC/MS is preferable. 

The position may be funded for up to three years and provides resources for travel to scientific meetings and continued professional development. This is a 12 month appointment with an anticipated start date of 6/1/2015 or earlier.
