The research of Ester Omaiye, Prof. Prue Tabot and their collaborators has been featured in a recent news release in
UCR News. In the related
article published in Chemical Research in Toxicology, Ester and her colleagues showed that Juul electronic cigarette fluids contained high levels of nicotine which correlated with their cytotoxic effects in human bronchial epithelial cells in culture. We congratulate Ester and Dr. Talbot for this recognition of their work.
