Assistant Professor position at UC Irvine
The Environmental Health Graduate Program at UC Irvine has opened a national search for an assistant professor of environmental toxicology. As described in the job advertisement, "The successful applicant will have a strong record of publication and
evidence of peer-reviewed funding in a research area related to the
adverse effects of environmental hazards on human health, with a strong
molecular emphasis. Experience teaching at the graduate level is also
essential. The program has particular interests in neurotoxicology,
carcinogenesis, and inhalation toxicology, although we will consider
candidates in all areas of environmental toxicology. Applicants must
possess the Ph.D. and/or M. D. or equivalent degree, and postdoctoral
training in toxicology or environmental health sciences is preferred." More information can be found here.
