Summer internships at the CDC in Atlanta
The Center for Disease Control and Prevention sponsors a paid ten week
summer internship called the Graduate Environmental Health program (GEH) that is available for graduate students with majors or
interests deemed to be in support of environmental health missions at
NCEH/ATSDR. More information can be found here. Allison Wilder, a former student in my risk assessment class, was one of the four students selected this past summer. My thanks to her for letting me know about the program. She said that they would like more applicants from the West coast as most applications come from other parts of the country.
