Heidi Bethel sent me the following link about training opportunities at the National Center for Environmental Assessment at the EPA.  As described on the webpage, "graduate student, postgraduate or postdoctoral research project training opportunities are currently available at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA) National Center for Environmental Assessment (NCEA).
