Shenfeng Qui's article selected as Best Publication

Our congratulations to ETOX alumnus Shenfeng Qui (Ph.D. 04) whose article entitled, "Domoic acid induces a long-lasting enhancement of CA1 field responses and impairs tetanus-induced long-term potentiation in rat hippocampal slices" which was published last year in Toxicological Sciences, was recently selected for the Best Publication Award by the UC Toxic Substances Research and Teaching Program. This research, sponsored by UC TSR&TP, was conducted while Shenfeng was a graduate student working in Dr. Maggie Curras-Collazo's lab. Our congratulations to Shenfeng (and Maggie) for this nice recognition.
